7 janvier 2025 : Un homme a été poignardé et blessé sévèrement juste à côté du Timmie's. D'ailleurs, il n'y a eu aucune arrestation jusqu'à présent. J'étais surprise lorsque j'ai appris tout cela. 12 janvier 2025 : On était assise et un homme très agité et bruyant décide de s'asseoir à côté de nous. Il commence d'insulter en hurlant envers toutes les personnes autour de lui, nous aussi sans exception. Il gueule et il fait des gestes vulgaires sans arrêt. J'en parle à un employé et il me dit de changer de tables et/ou d'appeler la police, mais qu'ils ne s'en mêleront pas. Boff. On change de places, mais on ne se sentait pas nécessairement plus en sécurité. (En fait, normalement, ne devons-nous pas simplement se sentir en sécurité sans même y penser lorsqu'on met les pieds dans un Tim Horton's?) Plusieurs heures plus tard de cette performance privée de Tim Horton's, cet artiste talentueux a tenté d'agresser un jeune mineur. Quelques-uns d'entre nous [clients] ont pu intervenir avant l'arrivée des policiers.
Cher Tim Horton's, au lieu de se concentrer sur l'apparence avec vos charités, ne serait-ce pas une meilleure idée de prioriser dorénavant la sécurité de votre clientèle? Je ne demande pas que vos employés interviennent physiquement. Un appel aurait suffi assurément (surtout avec le poignardement dont on n'était pas au courant). J'ai fait ce que j'ai pu sur place, mais la situation n'aurait jamais dû s'empirer jusqu'à là.
On January 7th of 2025, there was a stabbing that had occurred right next to Tim Horton's and we weren't made aware. To our surprise, no arrests were made. There was an extremely violent customer that kept yelling derogatory terms at everyone at the top of his lungs, especially to those who were within his vicinity. He kept making offensive gestures just as much. Unfortunately for us, he had decided to sit right next to us. We absolutely did not feel safe at all. The staff was made aware but all we were told was to change seats or to call the police. We changed seats which had only illuded us to a short-lived sense of security. After hours of Tim Horton's own personal laments we got to enjoy, this individual almost physically assaulted a minor and strangers [clients] had to intervene. After multiple calls to the emergency line, 4 police officers, regrettably for him, showed up to forcefully escort Timmie's own personal Bard away.
Dear Tim Horton's, instead of looking good from donating to charities, shouldn't you prioritize your customers' safety beforehand?

I scanned my phone, and the employee clearly saw it, even looking at the Timbits. However, when she handed me my order, the Timbits weren’t there. When I asked about them, she said, “You didn’t tell me you wanted Timbits.” I explained that I had scanned my phone, and she had seen it, but she still refused to give them to me.
I then tried to scan again, but she said it wouldn’t work because I had already redeemed the reward. So basically, I lost my free Timbits, which I was eligible for, simply because the employee refused to give them to me.
