Solid ice cream, nothing too extraordinary but kudos for the cleanliness and variety of vegan options.

The missing 2 stars are for the weird cashier who stared dead in our eyes while completely ignoring that we were waiting to pay and moved on to the group of 5 that was behind us in the line. Mind you, it was just the two of us and were there before the group of 5. After they were done paying for their order, she still did not help us pay. Me and my friend just stood there confused if we won free ice creams that nobody told us about? The cashier then went to the back and did not come for a while. My friend then finally asked someone else to help us pay, she apologized and helped us right away. We went there last Saturday (July 12th around 8:30pm and the girl in question was wearing a stripe top), but I’m only writing this review now because my friend brought this weird encounter up again and I have no plans this Friday evening so I have the time. I visited yesterday and, unfortunately, had a disappointing experience. The female staff members were quite dismissive and seemed inconvenienced when we asked about flavors. The gentleman working, however, was friendly and had great customer service.

It’s basic customer service to be kind and welcoming—especially in an ice cream shop where you’re often serving families and children. We genuinely love the ice cream here, but when you’re spending around $50 per visit, you expect the service to reflect the same quality as the product.

Looks like we're not the first to experience this either after speaking with friends in the area and reading other reviews.

I hope management can take this as constructive feedback and ensure proper training so every customer...

I would give this place ten stars if I could! The ice cream is amazing! I’ve tried four flavours now (maple walnut, mocha, lemon cream and vanilla bean) and they were all incredible. If I were forced to choose, I would have to say that lemon cream is my very favourite but I really don’t think you can go wrong with any flavour here (and they are quick to offer samples if you’re unsure). The cones are so good too. Every time I’ve been, the staff have been super friendly even when the place is super busy.
