Experience with Jawad was pleasant at first, he explained how the iPhone12 Pro's back screen would be fixed and he gave us the time it would take to do it, and explained it would be a 3rd party as it's a complicated operation. Good thing is Jawad match priced another store, and the phone was fixed a day earlier, 3 stars for that.

However it wasn't all rosy, the 3rd party they used did a good job of affixing the back glass without any glue showing, however they also aggressively and deeply scuffed the 3 camera metal rings, while no actual damage to the cameras or lenses occurred, the nice blue color was partially removed from the surrounds as shown in this photo.

Upon presenting this issue to Jawad to see if he would own up to it or provide amends in terms of refunding part of the cost, he did try and call the 3rd party, but didn't offer an apology and shrugged it to we can do nothing about it unfortunately since the 3rd party is denying it. I wish I had a photo of the phone prior to prove that the scuffs were done while it was in their possession, but I don't. Overall knocked off 2 stars from what could've been a 5 star experience had I gotten an apology as the scuffs don't really matter to me, they will knock off ~$50-100 from the resale price though.

Overall Jawad was curteous throughout and I do recommend that if you're going to give them your phone for service to try out the cameras, take a photo of it from all sides while you're there so there is no mistaking...

Scam. Beware. They may change their company name again and any repairs that fail, you can't go back. I called the number on my receipt from just a couple months ago and I asked if this was the same place. They said happily yes they are they do the same repairs and just changed their name. When I proceeded to tell them of a problem coming up again on my cell screen which was fixed just a few months ago and it is reoccurring , he quickly said "oh that place completely closed, we have different management and have nothing to do with that company." Now even all the reviews from months ago are still linked to this "new" company and even photos of the old company name is right there in the reviews. Absolute no consistency of care or service. Wouldn't it be nice if we can just simply "change our name" and remove all financial and business responsibilities we have ? I would beware of going here... If what they do breaks down you...

Very disappointed experience, just for replacing a screen, 1st time replaced a screen but speaker did not work, then they said that I needed to reset factory settings... I did at home, the speaker still not worked, then I also found the new screen had big quality problems, I had to go back for change a qualified screen and speaker issue, then the guy admitted the screen would replace another good one, and speaker he would replace another good one, but he had to order, ask me to come tomorrow, then I went to there again, I waited there for one and half hour, get the screen done, but the speaker still didn't work, he asked me to come the day after tomorrow again, then he didn't show, another guy gave me the phone, speaker worked, but he asked me for additional charge of $60, it was totally unfair, the speaker worked well before replacing screen. Very bad...
