Why I am giving it a three-star which is not a bad thing. Let's talk about what's good here first. What I like with some of the staff members there and you'll know which ones when you get there The grateful helpful amazing staff that just go be of & Beyond certain ones that really go above and beyond their job to maybe get you better deals I may be signing up for phone plans internet deals stuff like that phenomenal. I did enjoy some of my experiences here pretty good and very helpful on getting started on some stuff that I didn't have before. Which was great. They do offer great customer service with some of the staff. Some are okay. But that happens to be at any store. What I also liked is the variety of phones they do have and if they are out of stock that usually do reorder and get them pretty quick. Good phones for plans I do agree but some of the other technical devices and specialty items and television sets in anything really electronic I'll be honest is quite expensive and that's why it's getting a three-star some of the stuff is just outrageously overpriced. But they do have some good quality service items that offer a variety of technology and some that you can't find which is great as well but for the most part I'm not a big fan of the prices but this place isn't that bad for some other technical stuff but...

Terrible customer service. I'm a senior and due to Covid concerns I only shop where I can get curbside pickup, which the Source claimed to offer. When I arrived I parked in a space reserved for curbside pickup and called the store. Was told that they were busy but would get to me when able. After waiting for 35 minutes I called the store again (twice) and got voicemail. I presumed that they had forgotten me or neglected to note my order number, so I very reluctantly entered the mall, and stood by the exit door at the store. When the manager asked what I wanted I explained that I had been waiting for curbside pickup in the car park for 35 minutes and wanted to pick up my order, to which he replied that I would have to wait a bit longer. When he finished with the customer he was dealing with I asked him to bring me my order, and he demanded that I get in line behind several other customers. Apparently completely clueless as to what is meant by "curbside pickup" and why it might be important for some of us that we not congregate in a crowded mall. His technique of dealing with customers is just amusing as he's not only polite but also have tremendous knowledge about gadgets and even suggest the best item in budget with advanced features.
