Ray, glad your experience was better than ours. I actually flagged my own comment because name calling is below me & I wanted it removed. Although that review was freshly written after that one worker thought it would be funny to say to a co-worker "this will be some sh*tty poutine", while making our fries. I thought he was just trying to be funny, and told my Daughter don't worry about it, as we were used to his ignorant behavior by now in previous visits, and I didn't want to cause a scene infront of her, but after we got home she felt ill. I should have just gone to management or maybe even the authorities. I instead decided to just end my business with them. There's been other situations with that same worker. The guy may have a grudge as I get much attention from the female company, but whatever the reason, name calling is not right, but behavior like that infront of a 9 year old is sickening. I suggest in the future you get the whole scoop of what happened, before throwing down threats...

Sorry that you are “out of dogs” but that is not a reason to take your stress out on me as a former customer! Seriously, then to bark at me “come back in 15 min”! Inexcusable, unprofessional behavior. Looks terrible on the company. More training required! I won’t be back.
