So I was walking by this placed called green biotics and I knew once I saw one of them standing in front of the place I was gonna get stopped to try their product so I tried to avoid but she came up to me anyway. So to be nice I did their little session for a facial cleansing and it was okay at first. but I can't stand how much she kept peer pressuring me into pay 200$ some dollars with a big smile like it's nothing then proceed to make it lower with her workers discount because i kept saying i cant pay it today. So that kinda gives a big sign that i dont want it and can't pay so just leave it alone and she then told me I had a certain skin condition called rosecea like you aren't a professional dermatologist, you don't know what time of skin type I have unless you do a proper test. This women was named Yari as far as I know if it's her real name but like you shouldnt peer pressure customers after they said no...like would you enjoy to be peer pressured into something you cant afford !!! I really hate these type of people in this mall an that's why I always hate seeing them out in the front like I get it your trying to promote your business but learn first how to respect customers wishes . honestly my skin kinda felt like it was burning abit after the situation I know I should have said something but I just wanted to get out quick because she was bothering me so much on the situation by asking to pay for it and come back tomrrow. So clearly whatever products you put on my face today almost gave me a rash after I was done washing it off in the bathroom in sink so thanks for irritating my skin instead of fixing it. Next time I'll just walk on the other side then deal with...
Read moreThe Quinte Mall is okay.
It used to be great, or at least for a kid who only came in to Belleville twice a year, Back to school and Christmas time.
It's tough to see anchor stores, like Sears (years ago) and Toys R Us (2025) close. Hopefully, other companies will take over the empty spaces. Saying that everything I have needed from the mall, has been available. The store selection works for me.
The mall has plenty of parking. At least 5 or 6 sit-down restaurants on the grounds.
The food court in the Quinte Mall is trash-free, so that's cool.
The mall is great for those that need to get their steps in.
Overall, I find the Quinte Mall clean. Have I seen some messes? Of course, to be fair, one of the messes I saw was made by one of my kids. They spilled a pop one time. It was a kid's pop, but it seemed to have spilled from Winners to Sport Chek.
One serious complaint I have about the Quinte Mall: They don't have a free Santa. It's a joke; every kid deserves Santa, and what's one free 5x7 really cost? At the Quinte Mall, it feels like only those who want their pictures with Santa on a throw pillow or an $87 photo package get to see him. I know I'm being outrageous because I feel the cost to see Santa is outrageous. I watched last season as families walked by, not because of the line but because of the cost. The holidays are tight; you want people to drop their hard-earned money at the mall. Give them a free picture with their kid with Santa. To be clear , I'm aware other shopping centers charge fees as well, The Quinte Mall is not alone in this.

Read moreI was at the Quinte Mall yesterday. Shopped at winners, Anne Bella and I wanted to explore the mall so I decided to take a walk. As soon as I walked by Green Biotics there was a girl that stopped me by the name of Reham. She offered an eye cream sample and told me how great my skin looked and that she has a product that would work really well for my skin. It was a collagen cover . She's forced me to sit an try it. She convinced me for over an hour to buy it. Told me she was going to give me a moisturizer and the mask for 50% off which was still over $200. When I told her I wasn't ready to spend that much today and wanted to think about it and come back she then offered to give me her employee points and to zip it and not tell anyone. When I said I still didn't want to spend $200+ she told me how about I just give you one which still was $113. She just would not let me leave till I paid for it. When I seen the bill there was no employee discount added. I just felt scammed and in the reviews that I read there's alot of people that have had this experience including another friend of mine. I would really appreciate if this is looked into and the necessary actions to be taken. No one should be guilted into making a purchase they can't afford. Very very disappointed because with the time I...
