I didn’t twist anything I was 100% honest about everything this is what happened I’m not lying I can show you the sale ticket for the item but when you were rude to me plus offered me $30 which was a low ball was unnecessary and unprofessional……I went in this place to sell a necklace and the owners was rude to me and rude about the chain he also lied about what k gold it was and tried to low ball me , he tells me it’s 10k and he offered me $30 for the chain which is Pitiful so I refused I immediately took it to another jeweler and they told me it’s 24k and offered me close to $150 for the chain ….. this guy has absolutely no clue about jewelry or what he’s talking about, people have been getting ripped off by this guy for a while now ….. I don’t recommended this place to anyone it’s a complete disgrace I would expect a Jewelry store owner to know a little bit about Jewelry and how to treat people , how...

I don’t normally write reviews but there’s a lot to be said for Caledonia Jewellery and Tim. If you are thinking about selling jewellery, purchasing jewellery or getting something custom made, this quaint town jewellers is the place to go. You will get your monies worth and won’t be taken advantage of. Don’t waste time and paying more money in big-name jewellery stores. I have been a returning customer at Caledonia Jewellery for years and most recently had custom wedding rings made that perfectly resembled my original 36 year old wedding set that was deteriorating. The result was amazing and was even better than what I imagined. The price, quality and workmanship was second to none. Tim took the time to understand what I wanted. His expertise, customer service and patience went above and beyond. It’s worth the time to go and see him....

I, Robin, walked in to talk about getting my wedding band/engagement ring set fixed. The owner was very kind, knowledgeable and the price he quoted was quite reasonable. My 25 year old rings were very thin on the bottom and had been soldered together, however I had to have them fixed a few times over the years (different jeweler). Well, they had warped and broke again as well as one of my claws had worn down and was not protecting the diamond anymore. When I went to pick up my ring set, I was amazed and quite impressed with his work. The rings look like a set, but are melded into one thicker band on the bottom, claw fixed and the ring shaped backed into a perfect circle and shone like new again.
