When I first read the sign, I thought I was seeing things. Artisan chocolates in Hagersville? The first thing that came to mind is to support such a local business that’s surviving against all odds. My friend and I were greeted by a wonderful person named Shola, from Nigeria. When he explained to us how he sourced his materials, we were sold. I bought these two chocolate bars which are reasonably priced. I have since tasted the 70% Dark Mint. Having been a staunch Lindt customer, I looked at rheological, chemical and physical properties (particle size distribution), viscosity, hysteresis and flow behavior constants are impossible to determine as are the smoothness, melt rate, etc given the fact that I’m not near a lab. However, I was near the chocolate bars and I must say I’ve never tasted anything this good: the blending, conching,and tempering appear to be of high quality. The chocolate is very smooth. In summary: excellent!

If I could give more then 5 stars I would, how to even start to explain what this visit meant, we came here to get chocolate for my father's celebration of life , he had traveled all over the world and we thought it would be a fitting tribute to get chocolate with an international feel to it . The owner of the establishment was so nice and sweet with us and listened to our stories whole heartedly, We will forever appreciate the kindness of this stranger in a difficult time and I will definitely be visiting here again to buy stuff for everyone. My fiancé and I purchased the Milk and Coconut, Milk Chocolate, Strawberry, and 70% Dark Mint chocolate bars. Every detail feels so well thought out, the packaging on the box and wrapper are just a sneak peak to the beautiful chocolate bar inside. They’re all absolutely delicious and at a great price.
