Food is really good but they treat their customers horribly. I've been coming here for the better part of two years and the service and food quality is so hit or miss depending on what mood they're. Purposefully making my subs with barely any meat on it on one time and the next time it was fantastic. The second last time I came in I asked for extra meat and they charged me $1.75 and the food was fantastic. I came in again asked for the exact same order but they charged me over 11 dollars for the extra meat! When i protested it the lady at the counter said her coworker told her to do it and the lady takinv out the garbage gave me the dirtiest look. I find the few takeout options in Hagersville are all a but pricier than I would expect. Princess Subs is decent. The subs are pretty solid classic sub shop subs. The burger I had wasn't amazing, it was a banquet burger which I'm never a fan of anyway.

My husband and I really love Princess Subs. Not only is the food itself very good, but we marvel at how absolutely clean and spotless the entire restaurant and kitchen are. It is very comforting purchasing food from a facility that prioritizes cleanliness to this degree. It certainly reflects in the quality of the food.
