Pembroke Mall — Local services in Ontario

The amount of vacancy is astronomical. My home town is literally about 12,000 with a few towns combined ... and Petawawa is now over 19,000 and pembroke is ariund 14,500 (that's perfect 2025 statistics) ... and my mall back home has every single shop filled ... Bluenotes, winners, Eclipse, Fairweather, Coles, Gamestop, Dollarama, Stitches, Maurices, Reitmans, Warehouse One, and so on and so on ... not jsut cell phone places and no options. The parking lot is wild ... it has been completed neglected and is rough on your vehicle. Everything says "for lease" all the time (and we've been here now 7 years) ... with barely any change other than the holidays when they have a few pop up shops head on in for a few months. Ownership isn't from here ... and that's normal and typical but whoever is working marketing and sales should really be let go and re-recruit that position altogether. Other than the smoothie place (because the guy is wonderful) and the ride on things my little guy likes to go on ... my few times a year trip there (usually for very specific things) is always...

The Pembroke Mall is a pretty good place to visit and shop. It has a nice variety of stores whether you need pet supplies from Pet Valu, a book or two from Coles, groceries, or clothes. One of my favorite places to check out it Action T's. I'm a big fan of rock shirts and pop culture clothing, especially the hoodies!

The movie theater has been around for a long time and can probably use an upgrade or two, however it is still a great affordable place to watch movies. The concessions there are not over priced, much like they are at the larger big...

Needs updating. Not a pleasant place. Very dark and gloomy. Food section is very basic along with the shops qith some good stores. Theater is ancient, it truly sucks as we are in the 2020s and this mall is stuck in the 80s at best. It's an embarrassing feature of pembroke honestly. I wouldn't e proud to call it pembroke mall being from pembroke. Strip malls are better kept without being kept if you catch my drift. Time for a change. At least to the so...
