Mr. Fry Guy — Restaurant in Ontario

Horrible service from the woman at the counter today, I simply asked what kind of poutines they have, she pointed at the sign and said they’re on the sign, and turned away, okay no problem.. I decided to just get regular poutine, she then gave me attitude when I said I didn’t want a buzzer because I was going to wait near the counter… she then proceeded to tell me I was blocking the pickup counter… I was waiting to pick up food where am I supposed to stand.. 😂 miserable people should not work customer service… 😬 when I said I probably wont be back her response was “good” absolutely pathetic attitude.

And I’ll defend myself as well, I did not throw it on the counter, I walked up and said I actually don’t need this because I’ll be standing right here, you snapped at me and said actually it’s for me to keep track of what I’m doing… you need a buzzer to keep track of an order?? don’t you worry, you demanding me take a buzzer is part of the reason why I believe YOU are the entitled one. Play games all you want, NO ONE Was behind me waiting to order I wouldn’t of asked you a question like that if there was.. and you couldn’t take 15 seconds to recommend something good, you may have had a busy rush, but still have no right to be rude to customers.. if Mr fry guy is a corporate chain you shouldn’t be permitted to use the name and ruin...

The worst place I've ever been zero Stars the people there were awfully rude made me as a little kid cry and kicked me out just because I tried to get a drink because I paid for a drink and try to fill up the cup and their food sucks I've never had such awful experience before now I have Trauma from her and her husband and I wish I've never went there and her husband we're yelling at me and calling me rude names being rude to my parents and brother just because my mom said not to yell at me and yet I didn't even do anything never come here then I said I have mental health and she said I don't care and talk about me the whole time I was there after I walked away so I could calm down and I trying to make things right definitely not coming back I highly do...

The lady working here was so rude. I paid for a small drink then I asked for a fork so I could share fries with my boyfriend (he bought them from her two minutes earlier). She said no, she won't give me a fork because I didn't buy food. I told her my boyfriend did and she said, "Yeah, but that's food for him, isn't it?" in a super snotty voice. I asked, "You really aren't going to give me a fork?" And she said, "I can't be giving forks out to everyone who wants one." I will never buy anything from here again. She saved 25 cents on a fork (that's what she wanted to charge me) but she lost two customers for life. I understand times are hard but there is absolutely no need...
