Read moreI will not give any stars. Just came from ordering 2 steep teas's , double cream one sugar. The tea"s were cold. Brought them back and could not believe she actually put them in microwave to heat them. Never saw this before. She gave back to me the 2 tea's and they were still cold. Told her that and her reply was " with double cream that is why." Told her we have been getting steep tea for years double cream , one sugar and the cup is always very hot. Ask her to make us new ones. She said fine it would take time, told her no problem. It was the look she gave me that I was bothering her. Sat down with a friend and one had no sugar and the cream was definetly thriple cream-cold. It was around 1245pm- 115 pm she was young orange shirt on and her hair up. Decided to come home and do this instead. Will not deal with a rude staff member any business. This is not the first time we have had issues with Tim Hortons in the past 3 months. Either the order is wrong or charged the wrong price. Head office is bringing Breakfast all day, this is not going to help if the service does not get better. Some of the staff very minimal just does not care. It is very sad that if we walk into a Tim's and if we don"t like the staff we leave , than go to another Tim's out of our way or Mcdonalds. The only thing bad about that is we end up having a coffee and not a steep tea. There is no use complaining to the management because nothing is ever done. I could go on for ever with complaints about your service in windsor but I have to go to work for 5pm. Rude and impatient server. My gf asked for lactose free milk and she told us they didn't have any. My gf then asked for soy milk and the server told us "I know it's listed on the menu but we don't have those options here." That was fine, but when I wanted to order a latte I asked for a small and she started to get visibly upset at us for not knowing they don't offer small lattes. She said, "Ma'am as I understand it, you wanted the regular latte and we don't offer the small size, only medium. So do you want to change your order."
She was seemingly taking it out on us for asking literally 3 questions. Her coworker thanked the man behind us and quickly served up his coffee but when it came to our order she placed it on the counter and left without acknowledging us at all.

Read morePlease when you’re training new employees you really need to shadow them to ensure success. Went today and the poor trainee was so confused and nobody was really there assisting them. Didn’t get my hot chocolate, got coffee instead, not what i ordered! No one knew you can order a BELT bagel. Made me look like I’m crazy and didn’t know what i was ordering. Then the Manager figured it out. I wanted two only one was put in. At this point I’m like yeah I’m not correcting this and be here all day!😂😂😂 maybe my order was too many things.
