I order from this place regularly. Their Acai Energy Bowl is usually delicious - when made correctly. More than 50% of the time that I've ordered over the last 6 months or so, I receive brown, sugar water. I even started specifying to "please add extra acai so that the bowl is red, please don't send me a brown bowl" and I have been receiving THE brownest bowls that I have received to date. Pathetic. I bet they would NEVER pass this off on a customer in person. Here's the photo folks. Is that what you would expect when you order an acai bowl?
Oh yeah and the portion isn't even full. Normally the bowl is full. Makes me think they don't add any acai in just to give me the finger.
When I receive a properly made bowl, I can put it in the refrigerator for 48h and it still doesn't look as brown as this shared photo. That tells me either a) this bowl was sitting around all week ... and/or b) they are making the product terrible on purpose by excluding main ingredients....

Also, a customer told her she put too much lemon in and that it doesn’t normally taste like that. She took it back, added a bunch of ice to it (LOTS) and two strawberries, blended it back up and returned it to him. I said hello when entering and greeted her with a smile and responded by giving me a mean glare and asking me "what do you want".
