Four years ago I was looking at a rural property which Bridget was listing and when I had questions, she responded quickly and professionally. I did not buy that property but continued to receive her emails with property ideas.

Four months ago, I found another property - not listed by Bridget - but I contacted her immediately and asked her to act on my behalf.

First, she provided as much info as she could regarding the history of the property and the validity of the price.

I took the train to Brockville and Bridget and Andrew provided the TAXI, and spent the afternoon with me as we carried out our inspection. Both of them pointed out concerns and when possible, provided ideas. Bridget then recommended a home inspector. in the interim we made a conditional offer on the property. Bridget insisted that the septic system, the wood-burning stove, and the two gas fireplaces all be inspected as well.

I drove back again a month later and met with the inspectors on site. Both Bridget and Andrew attended and assisted in the gathering of information.

When it came to making the offer, Bridget offered excellent advice, and was in regular communication with me. Once the inspector's report was received, and the related issues it described, Bridget worked with me to re-state our offer based on the report, and then kept regular communication with the listing agent and myself until we came to a final agreement.

During this time Bridget provided references for trades and even got her designer mom involved, who gave me a LOT of advice on kitchen design, flooring and paint. Thanks Terri!
