The staff are always happy to see you with smiles on their faces & its easy to see, they love what they do. Kernels is one of the candy-type stores that I always visit when I am in the Carlingwood Mall. The selection is good, and although I have favorite types of popcorn, I'm often happy to try a different flavor.

Tuesday is the best time to go if you're making a special trip because it's Buy one, get one free. I often buy something that I'm familiar with, and then get a second one to try out.

Although the popcorn is decent, they dishonoured our vets for at least the last two years by remaining open the morning of November 11th, Remembrance Day. Most other stores remained closed until 12:30 including the banks. There were at least 100 people in attendance including my 99 year old Dad who served and attended in order to honour those still living as well as those who didn't make it...
