WARNING: Live bug in the food!

I bought one of their pre-made meals and halfway through eating it, I noticed a live bug crawling in it. I went back to return it, and they gave me a $50 coupon to use for future use. I realized that I never got refunded for the meal that had the bug in it, so I went back the next day and explained it to the cashier, and he refunded me.

Fast forward, I go back to buy more stuff, and the manager greg walks up to me and says that because I went back to get refunded for the food with a literal bug in it, I essentially stole, even though they voluntarily refunded me. As a result, I’m banned for life, and they wouldn’t let me use my coupon.

I do most of my grocery shopping here and spend at least $300-400 a month between groceries and pre-made meals, plus I’ve been coming here for years. He made a scene in front of other customers, telling me to leave and never come back, and was saying stuff like “see you later, buddy,” literally mocking me.

Just bad business on his part and definitely super unprofessional and unnecessarily rude. Clearly, they don’t care about their loyal...

I live in the neighborhood and come here very often. They have everything you could need for a well rounded meal and the butcher always has the meat I am looking for if it isn't in the fridge. The produce is also always fresh and mostly well priced. They also have taste prepared meals perfect for a work lunch. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I am giving four stars only because although this store is great it produces so much plastic waste. All the in house products are in plastic containers, baggies and plastic wrapped.
