There's many woman-owned local boutiques -- skip Victoire if you can and shop elsewhere.

I found the staff rude. And if you have a credit note with this store, they don't count the credit note amount when calculating whether you need to pay shipping-- this makes zero sense, and no other store does this (boutique or not), because a credit note means the store already has your money. I was planning on spending well over the minimum that's needed for free shipping, partially with a credit note that I was gifted, but I was still required to pay shipping. First I want to extend a giant Chi-Miigwetch to the entire Victoire team. As an Indigenous person, there is such trepidation to use my status card when purchasing anything. Often Indigenous folks are deterred by colonial-systemic policies or there is a lot of push back to due to a lack of cultural competency training on behalf of management. Never have I ever been celebrated to use my tax exempt as I was at Victoire! It was a new experience for me!
