I have never been to this franchise ice cream parlour before, and I didn’t know what to expect! As I walk in to the door I was greeted with a bad body odour smell, there were six people sitting inside, and 2 people were paying. as I coming around to the counter to pump out my ice cream, the smell was getting worst and overwhelming. I wanted get out there as faster as I could, I was expected that the ice cream worth about $3-$5,give and take, to my surprise I paid $9.20! I almost faint! And I asked the cashier how much they charge per grams,$2.46 plus tax! I am almost certain that, there is no way that the weight of the ice cream was almost 400 grams. Either their weighing machine is cheating or wrong! Flavour of the ice cream is nothing special for me, it’s just a “an expensive “ frozen ice cream, I would’ve fallowed my instinct and went to Mc. Donald for a cone ice cream, which I was going to go at the first place!,.... and I would have 8 cones of frozen ice cream. I will not go back there again for sure. Oh by the way, The coast of mixed soft serve ice cream is $31.32 per 10 litres, you can get approx 80 portion by 200-250 grams per portion! Just give you some ideas how expensive their ice...

I came two nights in a row, and while I love your frozen yogurt and toppings, I wanted to leave a review for your staff! The two young girls (first with long brown hair in a ponytail and second with brown hair in a bun with a chopstick) working around 8pm tonight were lovely. I’m sorry I didn’t catch their names. The girl with the bun remembered me from last night. The store had stickers of all the mascots, except Chip (he happens to be the employee’s favourite too). When I saw the employee again tonight, she told she thought of me today and wanted to bring her temporary tattoos of Chip in case I came back (so cute and sweet)! As for the second employee (ponytail), I told her I was annoyed for them every time customers sampled and carelessly spilled yogurt. She smiled and said that she was there “for that”. Place was relatively clean when we visited, even though it was apparent that many people had recently been through, the seating area was packed with patrons and we encountered a large group of people exiting when we entered.

Some of the fresh toppings (chopped up fruits) weren't available, but from previous visits at less busy times, everything is usually fully stocked. Selection of ice cream, sorbets and frozen yogurts are in constant rotation but my favorite are red velvet and plain vanilla.

This is our go to place when we want a cold treat and have so far almost never been disappointed by the selection. Staff has always been helpful...
