Nice rink. Little tricky to get to with small kids with the parking in the area and gate access, but nice for them to provide. Believe the hours are weekends only (sat & sun) 12-17:00. Nice outdoor camp fire 🔥 as well as a wood stove inside for putting on your skates. ⛸️

Such a beautiful rink and change hut! I haven't been on the weekends, apparently open to the public 12-5. Google Rideau Hall skating to confirm hours. The rink attendant advised me it can get very busy on nicer days.

This is a beautiful rink situated right behind the Governor General's residence. Admission is free. Wish I had come more often this last winter. There is a very nice Cabana/sports museum that is perfect for getting skates on or off. The rink is usually very well maintained, and nice music plays during the day that make this rink a fun experience. Last time we were there we...

Wonderful place but if you plan to skate here, make sure to go on the most perfect of days otherwise the ice is of poor quality. Make sure to bring snacks since they rip you off on the canal and also make sure you have your skates since rentals are half the price...
