Final Update: I emailed the playcentre with the information provided in their response and it seemed that they were willing to look into the situation but they ended up going AWOL on me and never took accountability of double booking us in. Not impressed and we will not be going back.

*Update: Unfortunately we won't be coming back to this playcentre. Originally, we were okay with the expensive rate of $65 for 1 hour of play because all admissions were advertised as private bookings where there would be no other families. However, this must have changed since the last time I was here as when we arrived today, there was another family here as well. I really don't mind sharing the space with other families as this is the norm with all of the other playcentres, but continuing to charge $65 for an hour no longer makes sense. Also, they need to update the information on their website as it is still advertised as private admission bookings.

I wish there was a cheaper option for those who have just one child but my little one had a blast. Place is clean and has a variety of things to play with. We particularly like the ballpit, the slides, and the kitchen play area. I think one hour is plenty of time for little ones to explore the whole place. Will...

Wasn’t going to bother leaving a review but after waking up the next day with both my kids sick I do not think it is a coincidence.

First off very confused by the 4.3 start review. Came here last weekend with my two little ones and would have left right away if it wasn’t us being there to celebrate a birthday. The place overall is disgustingly dirty. All of the toys are very old, broken, some taped up with duct tape others gave the stickers are peeling off - everything looks like it was purchased from a flea market. The foam matt that is layed down on the floor is practically black, thankfully we all had a change of socks. Along the outskirts of the play area they have disposed of all their old birthday party decorations, old deflated balloons and cardboard cutouts which is all laying there collecting dust. The washroom had a terrible smell and was very dirty with pee all over the floor, I looked up to see if there was a fan but it was covered in at least an inch of thick grey dust. The whole time I was there the lady working sat upfront on her phone didn’t get up even once. This place lacks basic cleaning yet alone any disinfection for the kids. Wish I took photos - Would...

Came here for a birthday party with my son. Everything was good, my son had an amazing time. The venue is perfect for small children as it's very protected. It was our first time here, but we have been wanting to come for some time now, just always hesitated because the price was on the higher end.

The one thing that disappointed us was the attitude of the lady working there. She was not friendly at all, didn't even smile once during the 3 hours that we were there. There is zero customer service. When it came time to leave instead of giving us a 30 min reminder to usher the kids out, she went in at 6pm and shouted at everyone.

I think this is very unnecessary as the kids were having fun. As parents we were already trying to get the kids out of the play area to the best of our ability, but kids don't necessarily respond well to yelling.
