The worst customer service. I called in for pickup order and the girl said yes you can come in 20 minutes and pick it up. I was coming in my uber after work and added a stop so I don’t have to wait for my food. When I went there the employees were just chilling and when I asked is my order ready they are like we haven’t even started making it yet and started explaining how they make fresh food and we don’t accept phone orders. Like come on after wasting my time and uber money you are telling me this now. If you don’t accept call orders then why you told me on call to pickup in 20mins ?

Ordered over two weeks ago via the drive thru. The food was fine, but it was the umpteenth time that I had to check the order to make sure that the staff included all of the Kids Pack order. Surprise, surprise the apple slices and MadeGood bar were missing again. Like previous times, the first clue is that the Kids Pack box is missing.

I called for the staff member to come back through the window - it took several times trying get several staff members' attention for them to get her back. I asked the staff member if she had included everything for the Kids Pack. She replied that the french fries were in the bag. This A&W (Inside the Petro Canada gas station at No 5 and Steveston) is the one I go to the most. The staff members are polite and serve with a smile; they also clean the grills and equipment frequently which is one of the reasons why their burgers and fries taste so fresh.

RV (employee) took my order today and made the best Truffle Burger and freshest batch of fries (hot and crispy).

There may be a wait to get your order but it's worth it; it takes time to make food as you order it.
