I would not recommend this place to no one they have no customer service at all I ordered a ps5 online and it was supposed to be able to be picked up at within 2 hours at the store I go to the store Wich had available stock they then proceed to tell me that my order was shipped to store but haven't received it yet estimated date of delivery was for tommorow I told them I ordered it to be picked up at store within two hours they proceed to argue with me yet having 4 in stock and still can't give me my item I then decide to call customer service on my way home after leaving store before I made a scene as I was furious they tell yes order is being shipped today it will be there the next day so I left it at that figured I would drive back to store an hour out of my way the next day and get it but all of a sudden on my way home I get a email from Staples saying this play station I have already purchased money out of my account is no longer available to be purchased online. I was furios because I was just told it would be there the next day and knowing that they have 4 in stock I then called customer service again and they proceed to tell me that the money will not go back in my account for 10 business days I ask for a manager he then tells me same bull crap and there's nothing he can do I think it's ridiculous that they could not even at least offer me one of the available ones at the store so here I am now with 850 dollars missing out of my account and no PlayStation to show for it I will never tell any body to shop at Staples period let along ever darken there door again all they had to do was give me one out of there stock but no it's against policies they say well I think it's pretty messed up policy to accept some ones money take it out of there account and then tell them that you don't have the item any more and they have to wait ten days for your money back any ways that's my rant about staples don't shop there they are crooks they want to hope I get my money back within the ten days or they may have more issues...
   Read moreI would like to start by saying that this location Customer Service is below par. I went in there like I have before because I like to talk face to face with associates and not do things on line. It seems like your store does not like to deal with walk in Customers and would prefer things done online (which just make me sick) that companies like yours does not like to help people that actually walks into your store. I wanted two card stock colour print 2 sheets (take you maybe a Minute to print) but the associate sitting at the counter and another one standing around talking to another associate doing nothing had the nerve to tell me sorry we don't have time as we have express coming in, i could understand if they were actually at the printers and stopped and came and talked to me saying that but no they were sitting around (again would have taken maybe a minute ) I also asked if i could have card stock and use the self help and got no you can't.
You guys were amazing with walk in printing in the pass, I used to love coming in and chit chatting with the print center and have my stuff printed but now you guys have fallen so far.
You guys need to do better with actual customers that walk though your doors that travel to have things done vs the lazy that order online walk in pay and leave(or at least post a sign that says we don't do walk ins )
I travelled 45 minutes to get prints for my Kids party and left empty...
   Read moreHad a terrible experience with the store today. I went in to return a defective office chair and I was treated very badly by an associate named Joanne. Not only was she unprofessional when it came to doing my return, but she also had the nerve to badmouth a fellow coworker infront of a paying customer. Lastly when I did find a new chair to purchase, I grabbed the built floor model thinking it wasn't a big deal. Upon going up to the cash to purchase it, Joanne had the nerve to ask me in a condescending manner if I was going to buy another chair. She then made me feel like a 5 year old who had his hands caught in the cookie jar telling me that I could not purchase that specific chair. No one once explained that I could have someone build it for me, so I was caught off guard and very offended. As someone who has worked in customer service in the past, Joanne's actions are no excuse as she appears to be someone who's high up in the ranks. Had it not been for an associate named Nic, I would have had some choice words for her. I plan to file a complaint with the store manager, and I will no longer shop at that store until something is done about her...
