I'll be honest here -
Me and my friend visited B&B to sell my Nintendo Switch which was in a mint condition. It was my very first visit though. I did not have my receipt that time and I forgot. One of the staff asked me for my ID which I handed it over. They looked at us as if it was stolen and gave us a very suspicious look. I kind of over heard and heard something like "something doesn't look right" because it was like brand new. We felt being discriminated and very bad and had to leave, they refused to buy without us having receipt for the switch even though I gave them my ID which did not make sense at all. We also felt as if none of the other staff cared about their customers.
A week later, my friend called up B&B again to clear things up for what happened a week before during my first visit. He spoke with different staff member Jerrett and cleared up for what happened before that shouldn't have in the first place. We went back to B&B and met him. We had the receipt that time as I found it. What he did was some next level customer service that I never expected such a wonderful visit ever. We sold our switch for good price, not only that, after few minutes he came by and handed over a gift card for what we went through a week before. His gesture almost brought tears in eyes and I was out of words. His words were "we would like to see you again". He apologized multiple times for what happened before, and we did the same for raising our voice because we were extremely upset that time. Then, we looked around some guitars so we decided to buy a guitar and we did. Overall, he made our day and hoping his day went well too. This is what I call as an exceptional customer service, thanks Jerrett! You have a happy customer now!

Ā Ā Ā Read moreI think the staff need some better training, do not take their word for it when they tell you that you have a store credit because I had a 40 store credit miraculously disappear. The staff arenāt trained on how to use the systems properly because no one knew how to print me off proof of my proof of my new store credit of 170. I had to make a scene and almost have an anxiety attack just to get proof to make sure I didnāt lose my 170 credit like I did with the 40 one. No manager was present to talk to me, the supervisor avoided me, and the staff just stood around staring at me like they were getting their entertainment for the day. I didnāt want to risk my 170 credit disappear like my 40 one did amd no one knew how to give me proof of this credit. Now I have a 170 credit Iām stuck with that I canāt even use because I donāt even want to go in there Iām so upset. a staff lied to me when I went in to pay on my layaway one day they told me I had enough that I could pick up one of my items that day and I expressed that I more concerned about the bigger one because the default date was close but he said not to worry about the due date as long as Iām paying Iām fine and being a loyal customer for over a decade I believed him, big mistake donāt believe when they tell you this about a layaway. The staff arenāt all on the same page. I hope nothing happens to...
Ā Ā Ā Read morewould rate lower if possible bought a phone there was in a bit of rough shape but I gave them the benefit of the doubt cuz I really loved the way the phone worked I asked them if it had been thoroughly tested and was made sure to be working order within 2 months it stopped working properly and the store refused to refund me my money or fix the phone its self I was told I was stuck with a 250$ paper weight,the women on the phone was very unhelpful and wasn't interested in attempting to find solutions to the issue or helping the customer just finding the shortest route to getting out of having to discuss it, if I was the only one to have this problem id understand but my friend had the same issue luckily his acted up within his return time and he got another Iphone the same thing happened with the iphone tho the home button on it stopped working within 2 weeks just be aware chances are if your getting a phone from them get something in writing and be aware of...
