When my mom and I went to book my drivers test, there was a problem with the floor and we couldn’t go in. Unfortunately, my mom lives out of town and she was offering to pay for my test as a gift, so she asked if she could pay now and book, or do that online so that she could have it all figured out and set up instead of back and forth waiting for a day when everyone’s schedules line up again. When we went in, we were rudely told multiple times we could not book the drive test, even when my mom mistakenly said book the test instead of take the test, she was rudely cut off to say “YOU CANT BOOK IT” and i had to tell the lady after she misspoke. Imagine my surprise when I call and you can book a drive test, it makes less sense that you just “walk in and take the test whenever” as the lady was saying. Lastly, when i mentioned getting the app to study, the woman told me it wasn’t credible, which is fine. However, I was then told to just get the booklet for free on the website, now imagine my surprise when it’s $20. It’s not really hard to figure out who was working, it was a thursday and you were closed during business hours because of a problem with the floor, i understand this woman may have not planned to sit by a door her whole shift and may have been a bit upset at the fact, but there was no need to be rude, especially given that she was wrong and giving us the wrong...
Read moreMona is a scam artist. She’s an examiner who has openly admitted that she never passes people when it’s their first time taking the test. She lies about things and makes up things saying you did it wrong even if you know you did it right. Durning my test with her, she yelled at me to slow down when I was more that 30 feet away from an intersecting and was actively making sure I was slowing down for the red light. Every time I checked my blind spot I could see her from the corner of my eye not even paying any attention to me. Every single person I have spoken with who has had Mona for their first G2 or G test, ect. Has failed fr no good reason. It’s expensive to pay for these road tests more than once, and it feels extremely wrong for a place to continue to keep someone employed who simply refuses to pass people for no good reason. I hope the losers who own this place come to their senses and fire this awful excuse of a human. And I hope Mona continues to stay just as miserable as she always...
Read moreThe staff inside were pleasant and helpful. My first G test attempt was evaluated by someone who was... unpleasant. She was very rude, didn't seem to want to be there, and was trying to trip me up. She seemed to be looking for a reason to fail me. She also told me my phone had to be turned off when their instructions say silence or turn off. I found this to be dangerous since my car will call emergency services with my phone in the event of a collision. During the test she told me to speed up on the highway when I was behind a transport. If I had gotten any closer I would have endangered us. My second G attempt was with someone who was kind and friendly yet professional. She warned me well in advance of any maneuvers and made sure I knew I was going to be going a school zone. She was setting me up for success the best that she could and I passed. She also had a colleague who came with us to evaluate her. They were also absolutely lovely. If you get evaluated here, hope that you don't get the...
