Ordered a bed over the phone. The bed that arrived was NOT the one I ordered, I ordered firm memory mattress, I received a soft spring mattress which draped over arched slats forcing the sleeper to either side and was very painful to sleep on. Advised the store the next day and was informed "we have a firm policy that once a bed leaves the store it cannot be refunded." BBB became involved, the owner said he'd send men to collect the bed for a refund. Men came and intentionally scratched walls, broke the headboard off, broke several legs off. Once the bed was in the hall the owner said he wouldn't take the bed back and was leaving it in the hallway. Going forward I wouldn't buy a glass of water from them if I was dying of thirst...

Great prices. Staff is very friendly. Updated styles of new furniture. They also sell used furniture and appliances in the back of the store. Delivery (with a fee of 45$) was on time and arrived the same day we purchased! Because of Covid they didn't install the furniture, and they didn't tell us that at the time of checkout, unfortunately. So that is my only complaint. Being from out of town I didn’t realize Mr. M’s has moved from Gore Street to another site on Trunk road., Next to Sandros restaurant. They have limited space so are specializing in mattress sales.
