Burger King — Restaurant in Sault Ste. Marie

The staff here are very friendly, and apologetic, but management here has lined everyone up for failure. 25 minute wait for a single combo, customer who ordered 10 minutes after me left 5 minutes before I did, after they handed his food to me, and forgot an item in his order. I understand this location is new, the staff likely barely knows each other, but they have absolutely zero coordination, they work as 8 individuals, all fighting each other to figure out where they're at in their orders. I'm not big on leaving bad reviews, but this experience was horrid, I feel sympathy for the staff likely getting yelled at by every third customer. Please for the love of goodness, bring a manager or staff from the other location in town and have them run the team here, figure this out! Front counter employee should not have to jump between till and kitchen, that just makes no sense. Truly sad to see how disorganized this team is. Will likely be holding out for a few months before trying this...

Good service, but disappointing chicken sandwich

I went to Burger King on Trunk Road on Monday, December 11, 2023, around 6 pm with my friend. I ordered the crispy bacon and cheese chicken sandwich, which looked appetizing on the menu, but it didn't come with lettuce and tomato like the picture. Maybe I just don't like their chicken patty, but it tasted artificial to me. I didn't like it at all. When I told the staff that I was unhappy with my sandwich, they apologized and offered me a whopper with cheese and bacon instead. They were very friendly and courteous, and they made the new burger quickly. The whopper was delicious and satisfying, and I appreciated their gesture. This is probably the dirtiest location I have ever been to. I generally have only gone through the drivethru at this location. However having entered the building today, I will not be returning. The windows and door were covered in handprints. The tables and floors were dirty. There were no guests dining in yet the workers were just standing around talking to one another. The bathroom was by far the worst. You could see that around the toilet has never been properly cleaned. The door and around the handle were terrible. There were spiderwebs in the corners. I will just let the photos speak for themselves. I can only Imagine the state of the kitchen if the public areas are left...
