I am noticing since last few months, customers are not getting enough food based on the price set and Bar Burrito standards. I ordered burrito bowl and the bowl was half empty. When I said to add more veggies, the restaurant guy said it will cost more, but I worked in the burrito restaurant before in another city and I know the standards. The bowl should be filled fully. If customer says he doesn’t want rice, then add more beans. If he says I don’t want rice and beans, then should add more veggies and the bowl should be filled 100%. Me and my family came in 15 minutes before closing. And instead of feeling rushed to order they made sure it was known it was no rush. Huge shoutout to the professionalism and great attitude they showed while make our order. It was my best experience at a Barburrito I’ve had! And my little brother who doesn’t normally like to try new things loved his Crispy chicken burrito. Next time I pass through I’ll definitely be stopping back in.
