Our experience was the worst. Purchase bunk bed. Missing parts. Argue to get them to take it back. Forced to keep mattresses (in bags still) FINE
they give store credit for the frame only. FINE
1yr later we go to use the credit. Guess what - it's gone. Used up. We provide proof. They find it for us. FINE.
We buy dishwasher. Missing parts again. Why no box with delivery?? How am I supposed to know it's NEW and not a floor model.
You gave us a floor model open box. Prove me wrong.

YOU LIE. missing part is the toe guard !!! This is standard . I have the stainless guard - we are missing the plastic connection peices to mount it. SO angry with y'all.
We asked for a dishwasher directly from the manufacturer. You said 4 weeks. You gave us a floor model.

Built and stocked my house with new stuff 12 years ago so now everything wants to fail at the same time. Spadoni's Furniture and Appliances sells everything so there I went. Spadoni's sold me a Frigidaire side by side fridge, I saw it on the showroom floor, asked lots of questions, got answers, and then had it delivered within two days. We went back for a new bed and again same thing as the fridge, on the showroom floor and in stock. The materials making up the bed were sourced in Canada, and it was manufactured in Toronto Canada. Both items were delivered separately and the delivery people were quick and efficient. It is going to be a no brainer going back there...
Read moreI have had the best experience with this store. I ordered a freezer, picked it up, got it home, plugged it in, and it was not working. I notified the store and talked to a very kind woman, and she said it was no problem to give me a new one. In my mind, I thought because I picked it up, I would have to bring it back down myself, or pay for them to do it for me. However, they came, picked-up the old one, and brought me the new one free-of-charge. The lady at Spadoni's also made sure that the new one I was receiving worked, by taking it out of the box and trying it. Every time I reached out to contact them, they responded promptly.
