Marconi Multicultural Event Centre — Restaurant in Sault Ste. Marie

I have to be honest , the first time I tried their takeout food in the fall , the pizza was incredibly plain the cheese was gross and worse than a frozen one you could get from a store.

HOWEVER, they changed their recipe recently and revamped a lot of other items as well on their menu, and I have to say it was a great decision . The cheese melted just right , the crust was nice and puffy , it had a great flavour to it... I was shocked it came from the same place (Not to mention it came with free breadsticks which were delicious as well !!!).

I’ll recommend any place that’s willing to admit that things could be better , and actually make changes to prove it. I’d easily recommend their pizza...

May I state right off the bat, if I could give a 10 STAR rating, it would be given! First off, we worked with Brandi and Ravi to prepare a wedding and reception at the Marconi. Later on the day of the wedding, Amelia came into the picture. She was an absolute Saint! Amelia went above and beyond to make this day as special as could be. Things didn't go quite as planned but Amelia soldiered through and got things done! If anyone is wanting a venue to have a wedding/reception combination or any other type of function, I will once again give the Marconi a 10+ rating! Sucks, food smells like a old ladys pinky toe. My first day there,i had to seat myself. Found a hair in my ice water. So my second time in there i avoided the ice water and went with a chocolate milk shack. Wel it was dry.. now just got back home from my 3rd and final time..i went in that p.o.s.. and ordered just a slice of the "homemade pie", yea right.. tasted like dollar store receipts.. take it from a old man, dont go there. Save your money, them robbing s.o.b`s. If you ask me, they should of paid me for...
