Mobile pickup said ready by 7:20, 7:05 I get an email, it’ll be ready within 15 minutes, it’s currently 7:30 I am still waiting as I write this, and they show no signs of starting it. My 7 year old is missing the movie she’s been anticipating seeing because we did what they said would save us time, finally got it at 7:32 while writing this review, without the nachos and hot dog, was told to return in 5-10 minutes to get that. Staff is very friendly, and the arcade games are fun, but this theatre just needs an update. It would be super nice if they could renovate and make it like all of the theatres in London to entice people from the city to go to the theatre locally rather than travel to London for a more comfortable experience, and to be able to pre-select your seats. Opening weekend for Infinity War. Better buy tickets early before it sells out? Gotta get to the theater early to make sure we don't get stuck in the first row? Nope. Not even close.
