Wok Express — Restaurant in St. Thomas

The food and customer service is out of this world. I placed an order on Skip the Dishes. When it was received the entire order was wrong. Upon further investigation it was revealed that Skip the Dishes had completely messed up and decided NOT to take responsibility. When I called the restaurant the women I spoke to sent her husband to my house to fix the order. I cannot thank this establishment enough. You went ABOVE AND BEYOND, when Skip the Dishes should have been the ones fixing the issue. I contacted Skip and all I asked for was that they receive the money they lost due to Skips inability to be thorough. Please send all your business to these people, they are fantastic, kind, sweet, caring and above all else have AMAZING customer service. Thank you and I genuinely hope it was corrected on their end. After speaking with them I was willing to pay the 120$ to correct the loss they incurred due to Skip the dishes. Obviously being the charismatic people they are they refused and were just so kind. What a disappointment my first experience with the 'WOK EXPRESS', a mall restaurant in St Thomas. I went in to pick up my better half a nice helping on Cantonese Chow Mein her absolute favorite. I turned my back on them and even though they had LOTS of good stuff to add to my dish. Noodles and two whimpy peices of carrot is all I received(see photo). The noodles were dry and not very good. It was closed when I realize I had been duped. If your looking for Delicious Cantonese Chow Mein...DO NOT GO HERE! The agony of DA FEET, will plague you forever. Value, Fast Service, Great Food

The chinese food options in St. Thomas are limited these days. We used to have a few good store front restaurants but now it seems the only place that is serving up quality Chinese cuisine is Wok Express in the mall. I wish these owners would get a restaurant as opposed to just being in the food court so that their hours were extended because their food is incredible!
