Blatz Bistro — Restaurant in Steinbach

I ordered from Blatz Bistro and had a specific request—I wanted jalapeño poppers before seven. The best part? I actually heard my exact message being passed along to the cooks. That was really reassuring because it meant they were taking my order seriously and making sure it was done right.

We were on a day trip from winnipeg and needed a place to stop for lunch. What made us decide on Blatz Bistro was another review saying they have the best burgers, well they do indeed! Nice friendly service too our waitress was alot of fun and we felt very comfortable in the cozy atmosphere. Aside from the best burgers be sure to try some homemade gravy on your fries, and their tasty coleslaw, the blt was top notch too, delicious! Will be stopping here for sure on our next trip...

Terrible (almost non-existent) service. A long wait to get a menu (even when they were not busy) , a long wait to get a coffee, a long wait to get a refill. This is not the fault of the owner, it’s the serving staff. The serving staff is also very “unpolished”. Maybe they have little or no previous experience in restaurant service. The portions are also a little skimpy considering very high prices. 2 Burgers, 2 fries and coffees $50 bucks!?! Next time I’ll do Burger...
