We waited 5 minutes before even being acknowledged with a simple hello (they were not busy). A customer ahead of us ordered a food item and she requested for it to be remade because it was too greasy and gross. The staff gave her a hard time about it and she was nothing short of kind and patient. She waited a good 10 minutes or more and during the wait, the staff gossiped and made fun of her and her order in the back. Usually great pizza although it can be a hit or miss. Even when it's really busy, the quality is not always there.. seems like they are actually lighter on the toppings when it gets busy. BUT.. I can truthfully say that every staff member I've ever encountered there has been super friendly and kind!
