Customer service that could only be described as extraordinary.

I came in for a simple watch battery replacement for a co-worker. There was an extra thing they found with the watch, water resistant seal damaged a bit.

For what I expected the battery to cost they replaced both in no time.

What's more impressive was the staff while I waited.

THEN I start looking around and the selection of gifts, jewelry and exquisite Rodania watches. Everything was beautiful. The prices being better then I would have expected and I confirmed their pricing was excellent by comparing online.

To jump back to customer service.

While I waited I listened to the interactions of staff with the other costumers. Bravo. The patience with one more persistent customer was extremely impressive. I believe it was Ken.

The rest of the interactions were equally fabulous. I personally, never felt ignored and while I waited someone always was updating me and courteous toward me.

I'll refer them going forward, I'll buy from them going forward. Again Bravo...

Super Hard, Rustless, they almost look the same, I tried to find two drops of this metal, that looked Similar, look carful, they are each one of a kind, a nice find. Really like the sterling hoops, made as a gift.

This is a special jewellery store! What I LOVE about this store: -The service is excellent! Kirsten took the time to help me find exactly what I was looking for. -There are no pressure sales. -Prices are very reasonable and they worked with my budget to find a ring I love. They have both real and lab created stones. -They have unique and classic pieces. I found things there I have never seen at other jewellery stores. -They have a lot of Canadian made options. The ring in the picture is from a Canadian company that ethically sources their materials and plants five trees in Canada for every purchase.

If you do stop by be sure to pop in next-door to the bakery! So good! And plan a little extra time to check out the quaint...
