Castillo Shawarma — Restaurant in St. Catharines

My cousin and I came across Castillo Shawarma restaurant while walking from Jaycees park to Port Dalhousie. Neither of us had eaten there before so we decided to try it out. We each ordered a wrap to go. While we were waiting for them to be created, we chatted with the owners. The brothers were very friendly and open to answering questions we had about their background and food style. It was interesting to get to know a bit about them. They asked us to let them know how we likely the wraps. We decided to eat the wraps on the patio. The wraps were absolutely delicious, we really enjoyed new flavors, we had not experienced before. I went back in told them how happy we were and said I would be back. Since then I have introduced a new co-worker, and few friends. They all enjoyed the wraps as much as I have. I was skeptical about the validity of 4.9 rating since most of these reviews from locals who may not had the chance in their life to try the original and tasty shawarma from middle east. But I didn't hesitate to try since 4.9 would not be horrible but this time 4.9 is real. The shawarma has the right spices and it is Juicy but not greasy, and not dry. Garlic sauce was great, French fries were crispy, the owner was very welcoming and apologized for the delay of our order, we were big group on sunday evening of victoria day so it's really busy time, but to eat fresh it's worth waiting extra few minutes, It is my First time and it's worth coming back from Beamsville in the near future and no need to go mississauga for good shawarma anymore! Greatest tastiest shawarma in all of St. Catharines and the Niagara Reigion. I have been searching for these owners for almost a year since they moved from welland Ave. The owners (brothers and their dad) have the original taste and right specices of how a shawarma should taste. I am a big shawarma lover and I highly recommend eating their. Furthermore, their new store is right by the water in Port Dalhousie and they have outside seats to enjoy the priceless view and plenty of parking which is just icing on the cake.
