The sales guy's name was Ray. Without me knowing it, he signed me into a LEASE for a 2012 Chevrolet Cruze that was worth maybe $8,000. At first, he responded to calls & text messages. When I started inquiring WHY he never once told me it was going to be a lease (and a total of about $30,000 by the end), he completely stopped responding. Extremely dishonest. I needed a car quickly, as I was driving a total of 5 to 6 hours per day going from work to home and back. All of the way through the process, he told me it was an outright SALE, and never once even hinted at it being a lease with a company named Baron Auto. The car itself was great, and the only thing I had to do with it was replace a wheel bearing, but the very dishonest way that Echo Auto does business was enough for me to get out of the lease, and obtain another vehicle with a different company. It's hilarious that sales people from Echo contacted me about upgrading, and even those 2 people completely stopped responding to emails, calls, and text messages. Bought my BMW 135i from this dealership. Car had many issues which I understood but based on my powertrain warranty, they were very around the bush and preferred to save money and waste my time. My car went back to get worked on at least 6-9 times and they would hold it for multiple times and sometimes a week causing me to miss many days of work due to them fixing cheaper options in hopes of fixing the car. Eventually they had no choice. Also, the sales person told me specifically that a ding in the door would be buffed / polished, cleaned and removed. I waited upon them doing so and when I came back to purchase the car, it was not fixed and I was told that the detailer has been unavailable (keep in mind that it has been a week already). Big eye opener. I would NEVER buy another car from Echo again. After a lot of running around we found out that Emilio the owner took us for over 1000.00 . we bought the extra warranty and instead of costing 700.00 he charged us 2000.00. We are seniors on a fixed income plus my husband is a double amputee. Was in an accident we were to get refund and found out what he did. Emilio did not even have the balls to admit what he did.
