My Husband and myself were always going to Subway. Then one evening we were walking together and heading to Subway, to get a submarine sandwich. And we decided to get a submarine sandwich at, Mr. Sub . And I'm so glad that we did, get a submarine sandwich there. The owner is a great person who is very polite to the customers and their store is the cleanest place I've seen in years. Also the owner is very fast. The submarine sandwich 'a are so fresh and delicious. We have returned to Subway and I know I will never go back there again. I write reviews of places, and I have never lyed when it comes to any place, where I've been. So when I suggest that you, should go there and get a submarine sandwich. You really should. Because this Mr. Sub is great and there submarine sandwich are also great. I think that My Husband and I are very loyal customers, we're at least once a week sometimes twice and I will not eat there anymore. And I'm not cheap when you have good food and pleasant employees, I have no problem with giving a nice chunk of money to tip, always over 5.00 dollars 💵. So this one day I 🙄 had surgery and couldn't be able to make lunch or dinner. My husband went there at lunch, and the submarine sandwich was same cost, we'll always have extra cheese, and when we started to open, No extra cheese and had only half the meat. So now he went to Mr Sub for dinner, and he told them about the situation and they never did anything for us loyal customers. When he got back home from their store. They were of course fine, and I asked him what did they say about the situation, he said they did not thing to compensate for the mistake. So Sad 😞 😥. Now we have are submarine sandwich 🥪 from SUBWAY. It is a shame, because were very good customers and very friendly and very polite loyal customers. So So not cool 😎 😎 😎 😎 . Especially when you have...
Read moreI have been coming here for years, not to mention other Mr. Sub's across the GTA. However, today one of the workers, who seemed like she was new, decided to "nuke" my chicken in the microwave, which she didn't seem to know how to use.
Knowing that cooked chicken only needs 30 seconds to heat, I told her that it's been on for too long. She said, "oh it's fine." It came out looking like cat food. I decided to take her word for it and brought the sub home.
The chicken was hard as a rock and tasted like dog food. She got it well over 165 f. I brought it back, and she and the manager said, "that's the way we do it." I laughed and gave the manager the sub. He squeezed one of the pieces of chicken and realized that I was right, and told me not to "make a scene" while being unapologetic and hostile.
Due to their hostility, I told them the chicken tasted like [expletive] dog food. Then, merely for using a curse word and complaining about an overcooked $10.50 sandwich, the manager said, "I never want to see your face in here again." before handing me my refund. With the cash in hand and the hideous worthless trash sandwich given back to them, I have a newfound appreciation for my money. I can't believe that girl thought I would accept an $11 meal that most dogs...
Read moreI had the pleasure of trying Mr. Sub's large spicy breaded chicken on cheddar bread, and it was an absolute delight! The chicken had the perfect amount of spice, adding a flavorful kick to each bite. The cheddar bread was incredibly fresh, making for a fantastic base, and the vegetables were crisp and refreshing, enhancing the overall experience. What truly made this sandwich special was the skill of the sandwich maker. They were not only talented but also incredibly pleasant and welcoming. It's not often you find someone who can build a perfect sandwich with such a warm demeanor. All these elements combined to create a memorable and satisfying meal. I highly recommend this sandwich to anyone looking for a delicious and well-crafted culinary delight. Kudos to Mr. Sub for delivering a top-notch...
