My post is not in reference to the location or product. I've never been to this location and product has always been exceptional, except this one time. I'm mainly writing this post on their customer service. I have been going to International Cheese for years. Not the closest place for me but this was the place my mom went. When you spend a certain amount you would get a either fresh ricotta or mozzarella cheese. Today I husband went and was told they stop doing that. He said I was here a few weeks ago and I got a mozzarella cheese. The lady replies sometimes we don't do it. So you go from we stop to sometimes we don't.
