RIPPED US OFF!!! We came in today to get the advertised “2 Can Dine For 19.99” meal for dine-in. Their OWN MENU online for this specific location shows that adding an extra leg costs $3.00 per meal (we also ordered an extra side of vegetables for $3.49). What we ordered came to $44.60 after tax. We paid quickly and left but in the car realized that we must had been overcharged because what our order total was going to be from the online menu was $33.31 after tax. My partner returned to the restaurant to review their bill and seek a refund for the difference and was met with hostility from the manager who insisted that this location does not offer the option of adding an extra leg to your meal with that promotion (like every other location we’ve ever been to) not to mention we’ve literally ordered this combination at THIS location before in the past. What we were instead charged for was two double leg dinners at full price of 17.99 each.
My partner explained that we came in for this meal based on THIS LOCATION’S MENU AND PRICES AS POSTED ON THEIR WEBSITE that we reviewed online before coming in and the manager insisted that this was a GLITCH and ordering this combination would NOT possibly go through on the app/online ordering. My partner placed an order for takeout for what we ordered (minus the extra vegetables) to prove that it wasn’t a glitch AND? IT WENT THROUGH and THEIR STAFF PREPARED THE ORDER!!! My partner went to the pickup desk and asked to speak to the manager again and demanded a refund for the difference as this manager was now caught in a complete LIE. The manager refused and said all that we could do was call the district manager to complain or wait to be called by them. They claimed that offering refunds is “above his pay grade”. You’re telling me MANAGERS aren’t authorized to issue REFUNDS? Sounds like another LIE from a lazy manager unwilling to honour their own advertised prices.
DO NOT PATRON THIS LOCATION!
The manager is a liar with no integrity that doesn’t care about client satisfaction whatsoever! We are owed 12.79 (based on a 15% tip to the waitress) by this location and intend to escalate this to corporate and the district manager and our bank if necessary!
Not to mention that the chicken was chewy and soggy.
WILL NEVER RETURN BESIDES TO PICK UP THE MONEY...
Read moreThe staff here don't care about your dining experience. We waited half an hour after ordering for our food to arrive when the restoraunt was half empty. They were out of dark meat and didn't tell us while ordering they just brought all white meat and said "Yeah sorry we're all out." When we mentioned what we thought was a mistake.
We ate while no one came to check on us. I had to go to the counter for a fork after my son dropped one. After we finished eating it was a good 10 minutes before someone came. We ordered the deserts for the kids (that were included in the kids meals) and my Wife and I ordered our deserts at the same time.
The kids deserts came in about 5 minutes. They finished their deserts and we waited another 15 minutes after our kids finished eating. The kids were bored and their bedtime was approaching so I went to the front again because no one came to check on us and I cancelled our desserts.
There was no thought of timeliness with our orders or consideration for our dining experience. I have no clue how much longer it might have taken for a slice of cheesecake to arrive but we would have to eat it while the kids sat and watched us having finished their desserts 20+ minutes ago.

The restaurant was not clean or safe, there was water on the floor and crayons that had not been picked up. We ordered two dinners, both quarter chicken and fries, one white and one dark. The first thing to note was that the size of the dark meat portion was laughably puny, the white meat portion was generous. Both the white and the dark meat was over cooked and by that I mean it had been standing for too long so the meat had dried out somewhat - this is a great shame because the whole point of rotisserie chicken is that it is beautifully tender and moist. The fries are usually under-done but we asked them to be cooked golden-brown (as per the menu pictures) so they didn’t come out too bad, trouble is they arrived in clumps because they were not properly separated before or during cooking - this smacks of poor storage and food management and demonstrates a lack of proper care. The only redeeming thing of note was that our server agreed that the portion size of the dark meat was indeed laughable and promptly gave us another - this was deserving of a decent tip. To summarise then… if you are looking for below-average chicken & chips at a modest but not cheap price and are prepared to completely ignore the description and photographs on the menu then this is the place for you, just be sure to wear non-slip footwear and watch out...
