This Supermarket is amazing. Their Meats are the freshest meats I have bought in Toronto. It’s very clean and tender . The Grocery store is very clean and well maintained. They also have the best cheese selection which is very tasty, not too salty or mild. It is perfect. Amazing selection of many local foods for Mediterranean lovers.

The staff are extremely helpful and always attentive. Thank you for providing an amazing experience.

The prices are very reasonable especially for the quality of the fresh selection and wide variety of Meats and cheese. I have been living in the area for a long time and had just discovered this grocery store. Truly the best Halal fresh meats and local foods.

Terrible customer service. I ordered a lahmacun and a pide for pick-up via Uber Eats from İstanbul Fine Foods. When I arrived, I saw they had a “Buy one pide, get one free” promotion for mozzarella and sucuklu pides—two pides for $18. I had just paid $23.99 for one pide through the app. I asked the staff about it, but they completely ignored my question. A grey-haired man (most likely the owner) walked away without even listening, and another employee lazily said, “Your pide is being prepared,” without giving me any proper answer.

The staff here are rude, unwelcoming, and seem like they don’t care about their customers at all. They don’t even say hello when you walk in. It’s honestly shameful for a business like İstanbul Fine Foods to treat people this way. I will not be coming back and I don’t recommend this...
