A supervisor placed an online order last night, went and picked it up at this location. Everyone’s orders were fine they said the portions were a bit smaller than usual. But when I opened the Veggie Bowl container this is how it was. I have never seen anything like this. Expectations vs. Reality. All we had requested was no red cabbage. Someone didn’t put the entire bowl all together. We kept calling the number on the receipt to report but no one answered our phone calls. We were dispatched to work in different locations and could not have returned right away at this point as it was late in the night. Let us know how is this kind of service acceptable, do you realize working people pay for food because they are hungry and want to get on with their work. Your staffs lack of effort is impacting someone who is going to remain hungry for their rest of the night shift. Just slightest double checking of all order contents could avoid this. Or are you encouraging this behaviour as a manager to save some money and just give people whatever you want to put together carelessly? This bowl remained untouched and then eventually discarded. Read moreIt gets crazy busy here Friday nights between 6-10 pm, so try to avoid if you're in a rush. I'm pretty sure the place is under new management, and they seemed to do a clean sweep of all the employees, though I always found the cashier very friendly and nailed my order every time. New crew also seems pretty good, at least the cashier's. The people in the back, my god, they are painfully slow. I don't know how they handle rush hour. I've seen this one older lady who makes the tacos remake my taco 3 times because she kept putting lettuce on it when I ordered no lettuce (the cashier was watching her make it because I guess she knew she'd screw it up, even though it was on the order screen and the cashier told her "no lettuce"). All in all considering its a Taco Bell & KFC combo in North York...

I recently ordered the vegetarian box at Taco Bell in Yorkdale Mall, and I must say, it was a truly disappointing experience. The food was completely bland—there was no salt, no flavor, and no seasoning whatsoever. It felt like I was eating something hastily thrown together without any thought or care.
As someone who enjoys vegetarian options, I was expecting something tasty and satisfying, but this was far from it. The entire meal lacked any hint of the bold, spicy flavors Taco Bell is typically known for. It honestly felt like I wasted my money.
If you’re considering a vegetarian option here, I’d recommend thinking twice. Definitely not worth the hype or the price. Taco Bell really needs to step up their game with...
