I had an incredibly disappointing experience with KFC. I wanted to try it and decided to order from their application (Because of their first order free bucket promotion on their mobile app), I decided to give it a shot. I placed my order at approximately 8:57 PM, and the estimated delivery time was 9:36 PM. Little did I know that this would turn into a frustrating ordeal.
As the minutes went by, I waited and waited for my order to arrive. However, Around 10:00 PM rolled and my meal was nowhere in sight, I decided to give their customer service a call. To my shock, I learned that they hadn't even started preparing my order. I thought perhaps there had been an oversight with the app, so I patiently waited a bit longer, hoping for the best.
By around 11:00 PM, I couldn't wait any longer and made another call. This time, I was informed that the delivery person had already left. I waited more and more and my patience was wearing thin, so I made several more calls (to the restaurant) (around 11:30), but each one went unanswered. At around 12:00 AM, I decided to request a refund (by calling customer care).
Dealing with the restaurant staff over the phone was an exercise in frustration. The person on the other end was rude, and they eventually stopped picking up altogether. After a series of back-and-forths with customer care, I had no choice but to visit the restaurant in person (keep in mind that I initially ordered online) to secure my refund. To add insult to injury, the promotion has disappeared as well.
My evening was ruined, and a significant amount of time was wasted the following day visiting the restaurant. In light of this experience, I strongly advise against ordering from this location.

I ordered a 12pcs family bucket meal at this drive thru and i said “for the chicken you can give anything but pls no chicken thighs” right a way when i proceeded at the window he confronted me and got really mad and fully aggressive out of no where. Telling me that i can’t make that order and he wanted me to pay $5 extra for the white meat “which I clearly didn’t asked for it “ when i refused to pay the extra $5 he said “ i’ll just cancel your order and just go to another KFC branch”. I never argued with him or said something back to him but he still continuously talking nonstop saying words that are not related to my order. I didn’t bother wasting my time and left. There are also times when you order at drive thru they will have you waiting for at least 20mins as you proceed at the window you could see the dining area was completely empty not busy at all and they still keep you waiting for too long for no reason and they will tell you to parked your vehicle close by to the drive thru window and when your order is ready they will wave at you and you have to go down in your vehicle and get the order yourself from the window. The second last time the chicken smelled and was brown around the bones, rotting chicken was prepared and served to the customer instead of being thrown out. The last time that I went they didn't season the chicken properly and the pieces were tiny, 16 pieces didn't even fill up half a bucket. A few minutes after I placed my order the employee asks if I'm ok with mostly dark, I said no i want the proper portions, 4 of each piece. She said ok they will be done in 10 minute which ended up being 20 minutes. The staff is all east Indian but in the 20 minutes that in waited I didn't see a single Indian customer. They are hiring and supporting the children of people that don't support them by eating there. Not a single European, Latino, Oriental or African employee, which are the people that support them.
