Jane and Finch Mall is a sizable shopping complex with multiple services. It is located at the South-East corner of the "notorious" Jane Street and Finch Avenue.

It has everything that you want and can think of. Multifarious restaurants, eateries, grocery stores, a capacious pharmacy store, two dollar stores, Canada Post, an affordable fitness center, a walk-in-clinic, two dental clinics, a bank, food courts, cellphone booths, kiosks, an electronic shop, and many more under one roof. It has been catering to the needs of the local community for over thirty years.

You will not find any branded goods or well-known, popular clothing companies as seen in the high-end malls like Vaughn Mills, Yorkdale, and Eaton centre, nor will you see any striking, arresting, and stunning interior. Not that it is dirty, unclean, repugnant, or unpleasant, but it is simple, not attractive, and not well decorated.

There are huge parking lots where you can park your vehicle/s for free. The lots are so big that always there is enough parking place available anywhere you want. Finding a parking spot is absolutely no problem.

The place is well-secured by security guards who can be seen patrolling interior as well as exterior of the premises.

If you do not want to buy something exorbitant from reputed companies and want to get at a reasonable price, this mall is...

To the manager store owner of this location I would not even give 1star this was my first time at this location 1 its extremely busy I was at the cashier and the lady she said her name was Sarah she had a accent so I asked her if she can sanitize after customer had used the self serve she turned to me told me no I asked can you help me on cash no it took her arguing saying she doesn't want to touch it pretty much a scene made between me and her her she has the worst customer service you tell me you don't sanitize you don't want to touch it so what makes you think I want to... then makes matter worse she goes to cash helps another customer out and i asked her you told me it was closed I never had such horrible customer service all this could had been prevented had she respected my wishes of sanitizing I will be contacting health board as to prevent the spread your supposed to sanitize she told me she doesn't Noone here does worst dollarama...

What can I say about this mall? It’s been around for years and it’s still going strong! It’s truly a convenient location with many other stores around it. Jane Finch Mall is another youthful vibe mall next to Sheridan mall and yorkgate mall some of the classics in the area. Despite many who believe this mall is not great and the colour is outdated or what not! I like that it’s convenient and it has great deals in products and great service. Many people go by looks in malls. I could careless! I go by customer service values and service it terms product delivery. Keep up the great success blessings Jane Finch Mall management team!
