Pizza Pizza — Restaurant in Toronto

I ordered from the pizza pizza app late night and my order was sent to this location to be made. I was not feeling god so before I had ordered something else from uber but somehow the order got cancelled so just to eat something I thought I will order a pizza. After placing the order, in like 10 mins I puked really bad so I had to cancel the order because it would get worse if I ate a pizza. I simply asked customer service that if they can cancel order because I am not feeling well. They were really understanding and they asked the store to cancel it and they did. After like 2 mins I get a call from an employee working here on my personal number to ask me why did I cancel it. I don’t have to explain him but I did. I replied to him in a very polite way but this guy with 0 manners and in a very rude way told me “why did you even order in the first place if you were unwell” excuse me? And then his tone got higher and higher and then he cut my call. I called him again to know his address so that I can complain to the customer service. Instead of apologising, he again was really rude. Who are you to ask me these questions. I asked customer service, they understood and they cancelled. Thats it. Then I had to call the customer service to help me again.

YOU DON’T KNOW WHAT A PERSON IS GOING THROUGH. If I cancelled it, it is not okay to call someone on their personal number and ask them why did you even order. And about the food, I have ordered from the same place many times. Other reviews do explain how the food is.

PLEASE TEACH YOUR EMPLOYEES HOW TO TALK TO CUSTOMERS. OR JUST...

This place has changed sooo much. From the food to the customer service. I've been coming to pizza pizza for YEARS living in the West end and attending school now having my own family. The food has changed a lot too not a fan as I was before it's now only a last resort food. One of my major issues is a new server who clearly has colorist discriminatory beliefs. When my daughter and I have to use the washroom she gives us that look of disapproval and hate . She's an immigrant to this country pretty much and she's looking down on a woman who's ancestors are indigenous to the Americas including north America and helpes to build the very land she's ungrateful to be on and takes for granted. She works at the front taking orders and she's super prejudice of anybody who is dark skinned but will allow others who are her kind or lighter to use the washroom. The washroom is always dirty it's never cleaned but when you have to go it's the only choice but she will lie and say it's closed or only for customers and my money has invested in that business. If she ever reads this message I hope you clean up your dirty act of hate, prejudice and lies. The hate shows on your face and if you hate indigenous people of my complexion you need to go and live in a place where only people look like your ideal people. But we are not going anywhere. Very disgusting that I had to even post this but I will not accept discriminatory practices especially having a partner who's lighter skinned /white and he gets a different treatment....

Bar None the worst Pizza Pizza experience I've ever had. Called the call centre to place my order (XL Pepperoni & Med Hawaiian) I was driving so I guess it was a bad connection so I could barely hear the other person - line dropped.

Ok...called back, gave my the phone number, totally different person took my order (you'd think at this point their system would realize this # called before and didn't complete the precious order but nope...took my order again and said I could pick it up...or so I thought!

Get to the location and not only is the order not ready - I have to wait 10 mins for the order to be ready because they did not place the order.......alright fine I'll wait (in hindsight I should have checked to confirm the right order was here) ....I patiently wait for the order and what comes out is XL cheese (I wanted pepperoni) and the Hawaiian

So of course I'm confused and annoyed but to her credit, person in the store was very apologetic and blamed the call centre.

So I call the call centre and the best they can offer me is $2.00 off a future order....

I now take home and just tried to eat what I'm not sorry to say was bar NONE the WORST pieces of pizza I've EVER EVER EVER eaten.

All other issues aside leading up to actually physically making those pizza's aside I can forgive but what you cooked that pizza on could not have been dough..it was carpet...that was an embarrassing attempt at Pizza
