This Taco Bell used to be so great, but slowly as soon as quarantine ended, it started getting out of hand. their employees are so rude. Their food is not as great anymore. last time I went, somebody told me there was no value box and that they were now calling it deluxe box so ever since then I’ve been ordering a deluxe box without questioning, it wasn’t as bad, but it was just wasn’t my as good as the value box. but today I am officially over it. Today I went to go order a deluxe box and as soon as I got my order , I just straight up left, because there was no more seats, and the place was pretty dirty. As soon as I got home, I was really hungry so I decided to eat some of my Taco Bell. The fries were good, and the cinnamon sticks were okay but as soon as I got to my burrito, things took a turn for the worst. I was taking a couple of bites of my burrito, and it started to taste funny then I take notice there was a fly in my next bite and they also messed up my order and so I immediately go back and ask for a new burrito for a refund and the employee was so upset and he was giving me attitude. when i showed him the fly he refused it and said it didn’t look like a fly, he said he did not mess up my order he refused my refund but i insisted they made me a new burrito which i got. when i went home i sat down and ate my burrito and as i started to work my way to the bottom it started to taste weird. i don’t want to excuse the employees of anything but i think they did something to my food or most likely did not wash their hand ,Which is expected anyways because it it jane and finch. i will never be going back to taco bell ever again. i feel bad for myself because i wasted my money, and i probably ate a bunch of flies and didn’t take notice to it....

During my visit, I witnessed unsupervised children repeatedly drinking directly from the fountain drink station, putting their mouths on the dispensers! It was beyond disgusting and completely unsanitary. Despite complaining multiple times to the staff, they did nothing to intervene. Their excuse? Apparently, they are at a blindspot and they cant do anything although there are cameras – what kind of excuse is that?!
As a result of this appalling experience, my companions and I chose not to purchase any drinks due to the gross conditions. This is absolutely unacceptable behaviour for a restaurant that claims to care about customer experience and cleanliness. I placed an order for a beans chalupa through Uber Eats, but instead, I was given beef; which I do not consume for religious and personal reasons. This is not a small mistake; it shows a lack of care and respect for customers’ dietary restrictions.
What makes this worse is that I’ve had a previous issue here. On an earlier visit, a staff member insulted me in Gujarati using a very offensive term. I chose to let it go at the time, but now it feels like this most recent incident may not have been accidental; especially since the same staff member remembered my name.
