Had an unusual incident at this store. Picked up a special bottle at this store and a staff took my card (to the Managers office) as a "procedure". After two days, I checked my bank statement, to my surprised I got two separate charges (different amounts). I called the credit card company and my account was flagged that I have to cancel my credit card for security reasons.

I called the store to investigate this issue and the Manager wants me to come to the store personally to show the receipt (which they have record of) what a hassle and inconvenience!

This could have been handled efficiently without inconveniencing the customer.

Update: The store entered two different amounts to check and verify purchase. This could have been prevented if same amount was entered in checking versus what I actually paid at...

This is a great location.

They have very knowledgable staff who go out of their way to help.

I was looking for Stiegl Radler (one of my favourite summer time drinks, you can have a few & not turn into “Fun Bobby”) the walk in cooler & the store shelf was empty. I found a sales associate & asked when they were going to restock? Without hesitation she went into the back & pulled out a case for me. Said it just arrived. THATS CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

They stock all my favourite wine & often have new selections that are winners. Nice selection of VQA & international. I’m not too flash when it comes to vintages but I can tell you the vintages area looks well stocked.

The store is clean & well laid out. You are in n out in a flash. Carts, baskets & boxes are always at the ready.

Would give a zero if possible. I was just here minding my business looking at rums with a friend (who also happens to be black) and a worker comes up to us randomly and asks for our ids, when we haven’t even touched a bottle yet. We decline then heard an announcement for security. We make our choice and head to check out, where security is waiting along with the worker who stopped us. He was telling the guard that we had things in our pocket and to check our ids. We showed them we had nothing in our pockets and the worker still insisted we did then brought security to check the cameras. As we were leaving I even heard one of the female workers laugh.
