A huge commendation goes to our primary server, Lindsay, and her colleagues Mavi and Mallory.This team operates with remarkable coordination and an unwavering commitment to both customer comfort and cleanliness. Their attention to detail is truly top-notch:

Impeccable Sanitization:Tables and bar tops are thoroughly sanitized between guests with clear diligence. Proactive Maintenance:Menus are consistently wiped down, and you'll often see team members sweeping floors or tidying areas even when they're not directly serving a table. This proactive approach to cleanliness is impressive. Service Excellence:Food is run efficiently, orders are handled accurately, and there's a genuine effort to check in with customers to ensure everything meets their needs. I visited this Boston Pizza location closest to my residence earlier today, as one of my friends had never tried it before. Being a long-time fan of the brand, I was excited to introduce him to a place I’ve always enjoyed.

Since my friend follows a vegetarian diet, we specifically ordered vegetarian options. We were warmly welcomed and served by Niharika, who was polite, attentive, and made sure we were comfortable throughout our visit. Her service certainly enhanced the overall dining experience.

For our meal, we ordered the Spinach and Artichoke Dip, the Mediterranean Pizza, and the Rosé Pasta all vegetarian. The Spinach and Artichoke Dip was creamy and flavorful, served with perfectly crisp pita chips, and set a great tone for the meal. The Mediterranean Pizza was also excellent well-balanced in taste with fresh ingredients and a satisfying crust. The Rosé Pasta, however, was a bit underwhelming; it lacked the depth of flavor I’ve experienced at other Boston Pizza locations. That said, the portion size was generous and it was still enjoyable.

Overall, aside from the slightly bland pasta, everything else was well-prepared and delicious. Boston Pizza continues to be a reliable choice, especially for its pizzas and appetizers.
