Honestly i didn’t expected this level of dull and rude service. The guy who made my order was neither helpful or polite. Because when i complained that food quantity is low instead of acknowledging he started making me count other burrito places he worked and when i told him to try bar burrito and fresh burrito in my response. He just acted like i don’t know even know these places. So why you even started when you can’t handle the criticism. Is that how a server should response to a customer who is paying 22$ for a half filled veg bowl.!! I requested tofu aswell honestly the container tofu was placed was looking like a dog food. If quesada has problem with my comment i request them to try tofu of one of the places i suggested. Or if they want i will buy for them. Because after tasting my order i literally disposed it. I am not a hater. We work hard to earn money and $22 is not a less amount. I am not eating in a fine dining where i have to pay extravagant for a minimal. Other burrito places use force to close the lid. That’s the level of quantity they have. Also taste and service is literally much better. Such welcome and helpful they are. I guess your server should work one of them too. So that he can learn that how to treat a customer rather than showing attitude. Neither i will recommend or...
Read moreHad a bad experience at this location today,
approximately 5:30PM I ordered a burrito combo, this has been a normal meal I have ordered my entire year at centennial college,
New staff members who acted rudely and almost put the wrong stuff on my burrito.
Requested an extra salsa with my chips as they're tiny cups that sometimes aren't even full, given a rude look and informed I will need to pay extra, told them this hasn't been my case the countless times I have visited, informed it is 'new policy' must be real new considering I was there 2 days earlier!
No way I'm already paying 16 for a flipping burrito, a dollar for veggies and a dollar for guacamole, I'm not paying for ketchup at Mexican McDonalds.
Also had black mold in the fountain drink machine during the winter, bits of it got in my mountain dew.
Won't be back without some sort of explanation from management regarding new...
Read moreVery first time ever to Quesada and it was at this newly opened franchise store on Warden/Eglinton Avenue. I could see the friendly staff were still in training mode learning the business. Used a buy one get one free coupon and ordered the $9.99 large spicy shrimp burrito on whole wheat tortilla. The spicy shrimp was cooked in the back, then added to my 2 burritos and very fresh ingredients (of black beans, brown rice, corn, salsa, red onions, cilantro) before it was grilled in foil. Total prep time was about 15 minutes but it was worth the wait for my DELICIOUS and FILLING lunch! Have to save my 2nd burritos for another meal later. Great food plus service...will be back!
I came back again and sampled the drunken chicken burrito. This place is excellent!
I return again today, February 17th for a free burrito; it’s the Opening Special. I love the food selection and...
