I recently hosted a surprise party for my husband at platinum lounge, and I couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. From the very beginning, the owner was incredibly easy to communicate with. He made the planning process smooth and enjoyable, accommodating all our requests to ensure the surprise went off without a hitch. The owner allowed us to choose the colors of the chairs and tables covers, and even facilitated an early setup for our decorations. The music was another standout feature of the event. The DJ was amazing! He was eager to make sure the music matched the vibe we wanted. Throughout the planning process, the owner was responsive to our questions, which made coordination easy. The cook was fantastic! The food was simply excellent—everyone raved about it! You absolutely must try the veggies; they were incredibly crunchy and packed with flavor. DO NOT BOOK!! Owner is completely unprofessional, didn’t rely correct pricing information and then wanted to sneak in $250 just for us bringing our own food after we sent deposit and that was not talked about, when we asked for deposit back he said no and that it was my fault for not listening! There was no written agreement that said $250 is for the food. In the end I had to get someone else to call and apply pressure since he was very rude to me. I asked for him to give me a discount of the $250 for food since it’s unprofessional to not have let me know before sending the deposit and it’s misleading, he argued with me for over an hour just for him to end up giving my deposit back a week before my event and i found a even better place for better price and better customer service! I’d recommend you not to book with him he will lie and twist your words and not rely proper information!!! Will never recommend and even want to file a complaint.
