Honestly I was having second thoughts on writing a review since the owner gets so defensive on constructive criticism, but overall my experience at this establishment was not good. I found the host to be quite rude. I understand there are rules here for the health and safety of the puppies (of course, understandable) but there are ways of approaching oneās tone/manner of addressing the rules, and I felt an overall bad energy and aggressive behaviour from the host. People pay 50+ dollars to come here and be treated like children in a classroom. The one thing that really irritated me was the host took my belongings and moved them to a different part of the classroom while my eyes were shut doing yoga, which was my phone and bag. This person didnāt tell me they were moving my belongings, so I spent the better part of the class panicking wondering where my phone was. I found that to be very strange. Anyways, I would not suggest this place. The puppies are obviously wonderful but...

I booked with them as a surprise for my girlfriend. They cancelled a few days before and offered a code to rescheduleā¦. A month later. Fine. Then they cancelled the event again the day before. When is the next class? In another month.
They offered a refund which I took. I asked them why these were cancelled a day before since I again had to tell my gf our surprise date was cancelled. They wrote this reply:
āIf it was a surprise itās not like they knew , you could just change the activity and theyāll never know ? .. breeder bent the truthā
This is how you inspire people to write bad reviews. Had they just been polite and empathetic I may have just tried once more.
Iām sure the puppies are cute but I donāt think itās worth spending your money on a place that...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI bought tickets for a session on Sunday April 28th 5-6pm. First of all you guys have no other contact method which is extremely frustrating. I show up and itās a unit with multiple stores and no directions were given on how to get to yours. I was looking around for nearly an hour and a half, asking other stores where you guys were located and finally found the janitor who let me know you guys have been closed for weeks. this is absolutely frustrating because I spent $100 for no service, no solution, and no refunds??? I am so confused and angry. I come from Clarington, a two and a half hour drive nearly, and was so extremely disappointed. You guys should have sent an email or something. I will be leaving a review on google as well at how annoying this experience was. I tried contacting you on instagram and through email earlier today and no answer.....
